Chianti Ultra Trail
The 75 km route boasts an elevation gain of 3100 m+ and forms a circular track that begins and ends in Radda in Chianti. The initial 40 km within Chianti Senese present a relatively difficulty path hrough vineyards. This segment offers swift and runnable terrain. Following this, the ascent towards San Michele Mountain commences, peaking at the 60 km mark. This phase represents the most significant elevation gain on the course. The descent follows, leading to Volpaia, and subsequently to the breathtaking valley just prior to reaching Radda in Chianti.

To collect their race bibs, athletes must come in person with a valid ID and present the QR code received a few days before the race.
Race bibs will only be handed out to the registered athlete. Delegation is not allowed.

You can find the bib collection schedule HERE.
Each athlete will receive an official UTMB World Series drop bag at bib collection. Athletes must attach the bib number sticker—provided with their race bib—to the bag.
Bags must be handed in between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM in Piazza Date. On-site signage will guide you to the correct drop-off location.
You will find your bag first at the Castello di Albola aid station, and then again at the bag deposit in Radda in Chianti (Via degli Ulivi 1).
Only the official bags provided by the organization will be transported to the life base.
Please note: the organization cannot guarantee the exact time when bags will be returned to storage. Athletes can collect their UTMB World Series drop bag upon presentation of their race bib. Bags must be collected within two hours after the end of the race.
Unclaimed bags will not be shipped to athletes under any circumstances.
