Radda is a very small medieval village located on top of a hill in the Chianti area. Situated **50 km from Florence and 30 km from Siena**, it’s in an excellent position to explore the region and easily reach some of Italy’s most popular art cities.

How to get there

Background Chianti

## **From Rome, Pisa, Bologna:**

Take the A1 highway and exit at Valdarno. Then follow the signs to Montevarchi, and continue on SP408-SP2.

## **From Florence:**

From the RA3 Siena–Florence road, take the San Donato in Poggio exit. Then follow SP102, SP76, and SR222.

By car

To reach Radda in Chianti from Florence or Siena, please find the different timetables below.
Please note that public transportation does not operate on Sundays and may be limited on Saturdays, depending on the schedule.
