BEFORE THE RACE
Please note that it is mandatory to have personal accident insurance that covers any potential search and rescue costs in Italy. This insurance is not included in the registration fee. You may choose an insurance policy of your preference or learn more about the UTMB Group rescue insurance option here.
Please note that this insurance does not replace the cancellation insurance or the other way around
Runners may cancel their registration at any time via their runner's area.
A) If you HAVE taken out the cancellation insurance, depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be entitled to a full refund. To submit your request, please access to your dashboard via your MyUTMB account, click on "edit my registration" and on “declare a cancellation claim”.

B) If you have NOT taken out the registration cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible.
To cancel your registration, access your registration dashboard and click on the Cancel my registration button.
Please note that bib transfers, deferrals to future editions, or transfers to other UTMB World Series events are not permitted.
To validate your registration medical certificate it's mandatory. You can find all the information about that here

To ensure runners' safety, no bib may be collected by anyone other than the runner.

The list of the mandatory equipment is on the race webpage, there you will find all the information regarding your race.
On the race page, you will find the time slots for dropping off your UTMB World Series drop bag prior to your race. Attention: Make sure to drop off and pick up your UTMB World Series bag during the designated hours for your race
The organization will not ship any UTMB World Series bags to runners who forget to collect them.
